It doesn't really need a buff to be honest, it already has a really useful augment. It's called Terrify, of course it's going to make enemies run away as fast as they can. You can either use it normally to clear objectives/ interaction points temporariliy, or if you want to make it easier to kill enemies, use Creeping Terrify.
