I've never seen anyone being banned other than trolls. Most of them obviously can't or won't read otherwise they'd follow the VRChat guidelines. I seen one guy months ago calling someone a troll, and people were trying to explain to him he was mute, didn't have a mic, couldn't possibly be a troll.
