The Marino ICU book. There is a "pocket" version as well, I think its called the "Little" book. It will go over all the ICU fundamentals including lines, drips, hemodynamics, basic vents, etc. No question this is the go-to beginner/basic handbook.

Regarding other cards in the Acute Heart Failure in the ICU chapter, you'll notice there are cards on beta-blocker management not addressed in Marino's text.
