That’s what the governor on my tillotson 212 limited itself to with no load. It’ll rev to about 4500 rpm with load. That's a lot different compared to a predator, Tillotsons are built to rev higher. Taking a bypassed predator with no billet parts to 5000rpm will almost certainly be catastrophic. Oh 🤦‍♂️ I knew that.
