If I use ROB and Occult uchi I would do 80 arcane and 25 dex giving me a total ar of 1145 with a total blood loss of 70. If I use ROB and Blood uchi I would do 55 dex and 50 arcane giving me a total ar of 1045 with a total blood loss of 110.

Occult does a bit greater physical damage, but blood loss damage is smaller than blood loss caused when "blood" type is applied. As a result - after 5 hits damage with occult is smaller, than blood damage. So I believe blood is better option in such case.
