Jimmy was born April 13, 1963 in Lee County to the late Carol Ray Brown and Charles Lee Byrd, Sr. He was graduate of Western Harnett High School and attended Central Carolina Community College and DeVry University of Georgia., The family will receive friends from 6-8PM on Saturday June 18 at O'Quinn Peebles Phillips Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Sunday June 19 at 3PM at Antioch Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
