There should be the same thing under the steering wheel cover. It should pull out toward the dash to remove. If its never been replaced I think I remember there being a little piece of tape on it like the ones they use on computer cases to identify if they've been opened., ASD relay location. OK my fuel pump is not sending. I hear that this could most likely be the ASD relay because its an 89. I just cant find the damn location of it.
