Carl doesn't particularly like Prepotente. I think Carl's bigger issue is that he doesn't trust Prepotente. Carl doesn't have to like someone to work with them, but he does feel like he can trust them. Prepotente gives off too much of a vibe like Hekla- he is only as trustworthy as you fit into whatever need he has of you.
