I think my first 10 were also mostly garbage.. then I got the Tablet of Power, Bindings of the dead, poison weapons within 5-6 tries. Put I farmed unnamed city for quite some time. Got 20 new recipes that day and still had 30 Fragment of Power in my inventory..
