If you are using blueprints (ie guns with preset attachments) it was bugging out on launch could still be the case. If you weren't before when making your gun make sure you use a base blueprint (furthest left when selecting a gun) I had this with a blueprint sniper but it's stopped now so I imagine it's just select people still having the issue.First it was with the FTAC Recon. If I started with M4 in the Insured slot and selected FTAC receiver, it would remain M4. But for whatever reason if I select FTAC from battle rifles tab it works. Then a bunch of times no matter how much I hit equip, the Insured tab stayed empty when I went to the matchmaking screen.The bug has to do with bundle attachments as far as I can tell, and seems to also happen with non bugged guns when you have a backpack without a stow weapon slot.
