Erase the power sliding door DTCs by removing the No. B16 (10 A) fuse from the under-hood fuse/relay box. 2. Turn off the Main switch for the doors. Make sure the ignition switch is in LOCK (0). 3. Fully close the power sliding door manually (the control unit must see the full latch switch closed and the ratchet switch open at the same time). 4., Next remove the roller hinge from the door, hook in the two cable stops and re-install the roller hinge. You can now open and close the door carefully by hand multiple times. Finally, release the tensioners, and open and close the door a few times again. Next, turn on the power, and automatic cycle should work., For the first several months of ownership, I experienced intermittent "sticking" of the driver's side sliding door when using the remote or the interior buttons. To be specific, the door will attempt to open, moving maybe 1/4" backward when hitting the button, then fail to unlatch all the way, sound the alarm, and re-latch itself.
